Momiji-gari, or fall foliage hunting is a sublime tradition in Japan. Since the Heian Period, the Japanese have been taking to nature to view autumn’s multi-hued foliage. There is no reason not to stop in front of the trees to feel the spirit of the deciduous leaves.
